Question 1

How is laundry priced at ClothiQ?

Accepted Answer

ClothiQ prices laundry transparently: everyday wash & fold is usually charged per kilogram, while ironing, dry cleaning, shoe care and household items are charged per piece. You see the base price for every service and item in the ClothiQ app before you book, and the final amount is confirmed at pickup once we know your service area. GST applies as per rules.

Question 2

Is laundry charged per kg or per piece?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service. Bulk everyday laundry (wash & fold) is typically priced per kilogram, which is the most economical option for regular loads. Dry cleaning, wash & iron, steam ironing, shoe cleaning and household items like curtains and blankets are priced per piece so you only pay for what you send.

Question 3

Is there a minimum order value?

Accepted Answer

A minimum order may apply so a doorstep pickup and delivery trip is worthwhile, and it can vary by area. The exact minimum for your location is shown in the ClothiQ app when you schedule a pickup, before you confirm — there are no hidden charges added later.

Question 4

Do prices vary by city or area?

Accepted Answer

Base prices are consistent, but the final rate can vary slightly by service area, which is why ClothiQ confirms your price at pickup once your location is known. The app always shows the applicable price for your address before you place the order, so you know the cost up front.

Question 5

Are the prices inclusive of GST?

Accepted Answer

Prices shown are base prices; GST is applied as per government rules and shown as a separate line before you pay, so the total is always transparent. Nothing is added after delivery — the amount you approve in the app is the amount you pay.

Question 6

Can I get an exact quote before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your items in the ClothiQ app and you'll see an itemised estimate with the base price for each service and item. The final amount is confirmed at pickup once your area is known, and you approve it before any cleaning begins.
