It's how quickly you want your order back (for example Normal or Express). Faster options may cost a little more; the delivery time and charge are shown before you confirm.

Accepted Answer

Prices are per item for the service you select and are shown before you pay. The final amount is confirmed for your area at pickup. GST is applied as applicable.

Accepted Answer

The base price is shown upfront. The final amount is confirmed once we know your area and count your items at pickup, and you always see a clear breakdown before paying.

You'll receive order updates, and once the rider is on the way you can track their live location on the map.
